NAWCC Chapter 78 - Electrical Horological Society

Chapter History:

An informal group began a newsletter titled "Electrical Horology Society of NAWCC in March 1972.
The interested members submitted petitions to form an official chapter in mid 1973.
The Chapter's charter was issued in late 1973 as Chapter 78 - Electrical Horology Society. 

The chapter published "Journal of the Electrical Horology Society of NAWCC" originally 6 times per year for many years.

Chapter Purpose:

A very specialized breed of horological collectors who have found a particular interest in clocks powered or actuated by electricity.
